Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We process and fulfill orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that some personalized items (like our Blessing Bear Bundle) require additional processing time — up to 6 weeks for custom orders. Non-personalized versions ship within the standard timeframe.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging — along with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at joyfulgiving9@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.

What items cannot be returned?

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

How do exchanges work?

We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. If it's been more than 15 business days, please contact us at joyfulgiving9@gmail.com.

Where do your products come from?

Every product at Joyful Giving is sourced from individual makers and artisans — real people who craft what they sell. You won't find mass-produced, big-box store items here. Each gift is unique, meaningful, and made with care.

Do you offer personalized or custom orders?

Yes! Many of our products offer personalization options such as names, monograms, dates, or custom text. Look for personalization options on individual product pages. Please note that personalized items may have longer processing times and are non-returnable.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Our products are already gift-worthy right out of the box! If you have a special request, reach out to us at joyfulgiving9@gmail.com before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
